Notas de Prova: Apresenta cor rubi de pouca intensidade, típica de um varietal de Pinot Noir. No aroma apresenta notas de frutas vermelhas maduras, como morango e cereja, além de ervas secas, como tomilho. Em boca é seco, tem boa acidez e taninos macios.
Técnica de Vinificação: Maceração tradicional por 20 dias, com pigeagens.

Notas de Prova: Vinho de coloração vermelho rubi. Aromas predominantes de frutas vermelhas e pretas silvestres, com notas suaves de violeta. Em boca é harmonioso, seco, de acidez equilibrada e ligeiramente tânico – característica que é suavizada com o amadurecimento em garrafa.
Técnica de Vinificação: Fermentação em tinto, com maceração nas peles durante cerca de 10 dias com temperatura controlada. Maturação em tanque de aço inoxidável. Estágio em garrafa por um mês. Envelhecimento de 6 meses em barricas como exige a denominação.
